💝 TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General ToS
The purchase is for the digital artwork, not prints.
Commission sketch, WIPs, and final renders will be sent to the contact info given (e.g. Twitter DMs, email, etc.)
If you post or use the commission anywhere, please credit and link to either of my social media pages
I reserve all rights to my artwork
2. Payment
Payment via Paypal, I accept payment in USD.
FULL PAYMENT must be paid and cleared before I start your commission
Refunds are not available.
3. Contact
Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Instagram DM, Twitter DM, or email [email protected]
Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference
I request for the references to be sent in text and/or picture format (.jpg, .png, etc.) and not links
4. Workflow
Process will be divided into 5 stages as described above. SKETCH, LINEART, and COLORING will take around 5 to 7 days.
I will give you the update of each of the 3 steps (SKETCH, LINEART, and COLORING).
Commission will take roughly around 10 - 30 days, depending on the slots I got at the time.
If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Client may request WIP at any part of the process.
2 free revision for the SKETCH, and 1 free revision for the COLORING stage
Outside of the free ones listed above, I will only take a maximum of 3 more paid revision.
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided references, I will revise at no additional cost.
5. Artwork Rights (Personal Use Commissions only)
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited unless you have paid the additional commercial-use fee.
Client may repost the artwork with the watermark remaining intact. Credit like a link to my page is preferred.
I may post the finished artwork as commission sample reel.
If you don't want me to repost your commission, please inform me beforehand!
